Arsenal vs Valencia’s Europa League semifinal first leg encounter ended 3-1 in favor of the Gunners

– Alexandre Lacazette scored a brace for the Gunners and Aubameyang also netted for Arsenal

– Unai Emery must try not to concede two goals in the return leg against Valencia in Spain

Arsenal continued their dominance in the Europa League with a 3-1 win against Valencia on Thursday, May 2.

What looked like a shaky start after Moukhtar Diabaki put the visitors ahead ended up in a terrific night for the North London side as Alexandre Lacazette found the equaliser only six minutes later.

And from then on Arsenal relentlessly piled pressure on Valencia and really started asking questions of the La Liga team’s defensive setup.

Lacazette was nice again involved in the main build u and created the second after rounding his mark and provided a brilliant through pass to Pierre Emerick Aubameyang who was at top speed

The first half ended 2-1 and not much occurred following its commencement.

However, just before the final whist Aubameyang was able to bang home one goal and add his name to the score-sheet in the 90th minute to comfortable secure the first leg.
